Target Audience: Participants who are new to the MTSS Decision Tree. If you are new or unfamiliar with the MTSS Decision Tree, we recommend attending both the Introduction to the Decision Tree session and the Inquiry Session.

In this session, participants will learn about the federally required State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) and its focus on literacy in grades 3-5. Presenters will share an overview of how to access technical assistance to support the academic needs of students with disabilities and discuss how technical assistance alignment efforts are underway through the SC TEAMS initiative.

PACK for a Camp Adventure

Pack your things for a one of a kind literacy experience. Camp PACK (Preparing all Community Kids) uses community partners to provide a rich literacy-integrated experience. This session will give you unique ideas on how to partner with your local areas and outside areas to bring experiences to the students that can be tied to literacy. Integration strategies for STEAM will be explored and you will see examples student-created books.
